Streusel Coffee Cake Bulk Pantry Mix

Create this bulk dry mix to keep in the pantry for home convenience whenever the desire for a classic cinnamon streusel coffee cake arises.

Ingredients
  

Bulk Cake Mix
  • 7½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2½ teaspoons salt
  • 3¾ cups sugar
  • 10 teaspoons baking powder
Topping Mix
  • 1¼ cups brown sugar
  • 10 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1¼ cups all-purpose flour

Method
 

Assemble Bulk Cake Mix
  1. Combine all ingredients, label and store in covered container. Storing in glass, in a cool place is preferable.

  1. Combine all ingredients, label and store in covered container. Storing in glass, in a cool place is preferable.

Notes

Flour: I purchase unbleached all-purpose flour. Organic would be even better. 
Salt: I use only Redmond's Real Salt in all of my cooking and food preservation needs.
