Texas Hot Chocolate ~~ Bulk Dry Pantry Mix

Spices in this recipe up the classic hot chocolate game a bit!

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups dry milk powder
  • 2½ cups sugar preferably organic cane sugar
  • ¾ cup unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Combine and store in labeled glass jar. Use 2-4 tablespoons in a cup of hot water. Using hot milk rather than hot water produces a richer beverage.
