Cincinnati-Style Chili Seasoning Mix

Yield: 6 T. + 2 t. for one recipe of Cincinnati-Style Chili, multiply recipe for bulk storage

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ c. chili powder
  • 1 t. salt
  • 2 t. garlic powder
  • 1 t. black pepper
  • 1 t. cumin
  • Pinch allspice
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • Pinch cloves
  • 1 t. sugar
  • Pinch cayenne pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix well and store in labeled airtight container. Use in Cincinnati-Style Chili recipe.
