Fermenting is as old as time.
Our visit to the off-grid Missouri homestead of Doug and Stacy resulted in some lessons for Little Miss Homemaker about fermenting. Doug and Stacy are awesome folks with hearts of teachers. They share so much valuable information on their You Tube channel, Off Grid with Doug and Stacy. They certainly are honoring The Old Ways.
