One summer day Mrs. Katie visited a homesteading friend to learn two ways to prepare LEG of LAMB. Tiffany, matron of Kedesh Farm, told about the HERITAGE surrounding Roasted Lamb in her family and how she is passing along that tradition to her children and grandchild—from field to table.
As with any visit when we get together, much laughter filled our souls and the deliciously tender lamb filled our bellies.
