Hot chocolate is a tradition in many families during the winter months and our house is no exception. All six of our children know where to find the big container of hot chocolate mix in our pantry. Some like a scoop in a cup of coffee to produce a mocha. Others like my variation of Cherry Hot Chocolate or Raspberry Hot Chocolate. Some will use hot milk rather than hot water for a richer nighttime beverage. And, then there are the classic toppers, marshmallows. We even have the little dehydrated ones that are always a hit with the kids.
