**Welcome to Mrs. Katie’s Kitchen**
Some folks have requested some menu suggestions so I thought I would share the real menus we have used through the years, as well as some more recent menus. Finances, resources, dietary needs, and circumstances have affected our menus in different seasons of life. Unfortunately, we haven’t always created and consumed healthy meals. If you are a busy mama, you can relate to the truth that sometimes just getting some sort of food in your people is a great accomplishment! Don’t beat yourself up if that is the case. Just try to do better next time. The main “ingredient” in meal planning is to incorporate as many vegetables as possible.
Please use these menu ideas as just that–ideas. Also, feel free to leave comments and suggestions for what you would like to see listed.
