Merry Christmas Party Punch
Need a punch that folks will line up for?
This is the one! It is proven that folks will want to visit your party if they know you’ll be serving this fruity, fizzy punch with hints of cinnamon and ginger.
This punch literally had folks lined up for refills at our many Christmas Open Houses in Tennessee. MrP had to be sure to prepare jars of concentrate ahead of time so he could quickly assemble more, as needed.
Merry Christmas Party Punch is Mr. Patient’s specialty. He’s made gallons of this festive punch which has been served at our numerous holiday gatherings through the years.
Serving:
We typically served this punch in a gallon sized crystal pitcher when we didn’t choose to use my great Aunt Coriel’s punch bowl. Either way, feel free to use clear disposable cups or real glass punch cups. These are easily and inexpensively found at thrift stores and can go right into the dishwasher.
Storing:
This punch doesn’t keep its ginger ale fizz for long, like most carbonated beverages. It works fine to store leftovers in the refrigerator but adding a bit of ginger ale, when ready to drink it later, helps restore some of the kick. We have drunk leftover punch a week after it was completely mixed.
