Red Velvet Pecan Bars
Ingredients
First Layer
- 1 box Red Velvet cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
Second Layer
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (also called Eagle Brand milk) 14-oz
- 1 egg
- dash of vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
First Layer
- Mix well and press into 9 x 13 pan. (Tip: I melted the oil in the pan in the oven as it was preheating.)
Second Layer
- Mix with hand mixer thoroughly, then add 1 cup chopped pecans.
- Pour milk mixture over cake crust and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
