Cherry Cola Salad


  • 10 oz. jar Maraschino cherries reserve juice
  • 3 oz. box cherry gelatin
  • 11 oz. crushed pineapple reserve juice
  • 20 oz. bottle cola


  • Chop cherries.
  • Heat reserved juices over medium heat. Remove from heat and immediately pour gelatin into liquid and whisk well until thoroughly dissolved.
  • Add pineapple, cherries and cola. Mix well; slowly pour into dish. Chill until firm.


The mixture will fizz and possibly result in bubbles on top of salad. Recipe is
easily doubled and is good with ham or pork, green vegetable and potato dish.
