Asparagus Casserole

Yield: square or small round dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 medium can asparagus drained, reserve ½ c. juice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup diluted with 1/2 cup asparagus juice
  • 3 boiled eggs sliced
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Combine ½ c. asparagus juice with chicken soup.
  • Layer ingredients in greased casserole dish in order listed.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
