Yield: square or small round dish
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 medium can asparagus drained, reserve ½ c. juice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup diluted with 1/2 cup asparagus juice
- 3 boiled eggs sliced
- 1 c. cheddar cheese shredded
- Combine ½ c. asparagus juice with chicken soup.
- Layer ingredients in greased casserole dish in order listed.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
