Creamiest Noodle Dish

Ingredients
  

  • ½ c. chicken stock
  • 16 oz. cream cheese softened
  • ½ c. chopped onion
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T. poppy seeds
  • ¼ t. garlic powder
  • ¼ t. hot sauce
  • 2 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 c. sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 16 oz. egg noodles cooked and drained (any size noodles)

Instructions
 

  • Stir and pour into greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with ¼ c. parmesan cheese and paprika.
  • Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

Notes

This tasty, creamy dish may be made ahead and refrigerated. Allow to stand at
room temperature at least 30 minutes before baking. This won’t do well if frozen.
