Dirty Rice

My variation of restaurant classic


  • Leftover cooked rice any kind
  • Frozen green peas
  • Butter
  • Dale’s Steak Seasoning Sauce
  • Green onions sliced diagonally


  • In cast-iron skillet, melt butter and add rice, peas and onions. Stir until heated thoroughly.
  • Add Dale’s Steak Seasoning Sauce, stirring until completely hot. Serve immediately or reheat as needed.


We really love Dirty Rice with steak, chicken, pork or fish. Try adding sliced
smoked sausage or cooked leftover chicken to this rice, making it a main dish for dinner.
