Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 20 oz. pineapple chunks or crushed
  • ½ c. sugar
  • 3 T. all purpose flour
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ c. butter
  • 1 c. butter cracker crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Drain pineapple, reserve 3 T. juice.
  • To pineapple and reserved juice, add sugar, flour, cheese. Mix well.
  • Pour into small, greased casserole dish.
  • Combine butter and cracker crumbs, spread atop casserole.
  • Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes.

Notes

Try serving this dish with ham or pork and green vegetable or salad.
