- 20 oz. pineapple chunks or crushed
- ½ c. sugar
- 3 T. all purpose flour
- 1 c. cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ c. butter
- 1 c. butter cracker crumbs
- Drain pineapple, reserve 3 T. juice.
- To pineapple and reserved juice, add sugar, flour, cheese. Mix well.
- Pour into small, greased casserole dish.
- Combine butter and cracker crumbs, spread atop casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes.
Try serving this dish with ham or pork and green vegetable or salad.
