Vegetable Casserole

Equipment

  • 1 9x9 dish

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans (14 oz.) Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
  • ½ c. cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ c. onion chopped
  • ¾ c. mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and place in baking dish.
  • Crumble 1 package (1 sleeve) butter crackers and add enough melted butter to moisten crumbs.
  • Spread crumbs atop.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
