Vegetable Casserole

Equipment
- 1 9x9 dish
Ingredients
- 2 cans (14 oz.) Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
- ½ c. cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ c. onion chopped
- ¾ c. mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and place in baking dish.
- Crumble 1 package (1 sleeve) butter crackers and add enough melted butter to moisten crumbs.
- Spread crumbs atop.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
