  • How can I know if my check arrived to Heritage Ways? We will follow the model of other publications. You should assume that your payment arrived to its destination in a timely manner. We are not able to devote the time to notify subscribers when mailings arrive. Refer to following question for more details.
  • What if I don’t receive my copy of The Journal when I feel it has been a reasonable time? Publications will be mailed on or before the Publication Dates, Lord willing and barring any strange unforeseen circumstance. (In that event, we will notify you via our email mailing list.) If your copy has failed to arrive within 30 days of scheduled Publication Date, feel free to contact Sub Manager Dani to verify its mailing. Please notify us prior to 60 days after the mailing week. Replacements will not be sent past the 60 day mark.
  • What if I move but forgot to notify you of my new address? Strangely enough, issues are sometimes returned to us when there is nothing wrong with the address. When this happens, often the post office is willing to resend it at no additional cost. When issues are returned to us due to change in address that has not been shared with us previously, we require a $2 payment so that we may repackage the issue with new stamp and updated address. This payment may be made via PayPal or Venmo. If you have not received your issue after moving, please email Mrs. Katie before the 60 days after Publication Dates. Replacements will not be sent past the 60 day mark.
  • May I tip or donate to this community effort? Yes and thank-you!
