This is a list of 20 meals from our kitchen during a fall not long ago. Use these ideas and build from them… (remember to add your vegetables)

- tomato soup, grilled cheese, sliced apples or fresh cider
- split pea soup, cheese biscuits and/or sausage pinwheels
- potato cheese soup, wheat bread
- kraut, polish sausage, fried apples, cornbread, mashed potatoes
- crock-pot roast with carrots, onions, potatoes; rolls
- hamburgers, buns, lettuce, onions; French fries
- Manwiches (from a can) or Momwiches (my creation), small buns, broasted potatoes, green salad
- meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, slaw, bread, green beans
- pizza (buy thin crust frozen pizza and add toppings and extra cheese before baking at home), apples
